Job Purpose
Assisting all site staff, site office administration and handling all documents

Job Responsibilities
Handling Correspondence based on inputs provided by Site Management and Consultant
Preparation of various Site Reports, submittals, Work orders  based on data provided by Site staff  
Coordination with the Head Office on administrative matters  
Filing and retrieving of all documents, drawings and other records related to the site
Handling site office telephones, e-mail/fax  
Coordination with the Time Keeper to record  Attendance information.
Assist Project Manager for site office administration. 
Complies to all applicable Management Systems (Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental, etc.) in his area. 

Job Requirements
Qualification
Degree , Diploma or 12th grade high school certificate. equivalent

Experience
With 5 years of relevant experience in the construction / contracting industry

Knowledge & Skills
Systematic and able to work under pressure; meticulous and able to follow through with tasks promptly
Good knowledge of document control processes
Good written/verbal skills, interpersonal skills
Proficient in computer and good knowledge soft ware -MS office- (word excel, power point)
