Experience in training or staffing management.
Project or team management experience in large organisations.
Expected to have good knowledge in training coaching methodologies.
Knowledge of Apple product and services.
Excellent presentation and selling skills.
Strong analytical skills, meticulous with strong intuition for business and consumer focus.
Demonstrate initiative, adaptability and problem-solving skills in a changing and dynamic environment
Previous leadership skills including experience managing teams and supply chain process and systems expertise.
Previous experience setting direction for process and/or tool improvements to support team objectives.
Strong analytical capabilities, should have the ability to evaluate, analyse and present data to executive level
Able to prioritise tasks effectively
As a Sales Training Lead, you will be responsible to ensure that Apple’s and channel partner sales staff across UAE and RoGCC possess the skills and knowledge to provide a high-quality shopping experience to Apple customers. At Apple, we strive for a phenomenal customer experience at each point of sales. Understanding our customers’ needs and recommending the right solution is an art that can be taught and developed. Training has always been at the heart of Apple. We have developed a lot of tools and learning to ensure and maintain sales staff’s real passion for the brand and our partners’ engagement. In a context where Apple is rapidly growing in the region, the training Lead will directly contribute to channel excellence and the strength of the brand. – You will build a comprehensive Sales Advocacy plan for Apple own sales staff and Apple channel partner staff across the region. The plan will use classroom, in-store and e-learning activities, based on Apple training guidelines and business priorities set with each partner. This includes multi-brand retailers, telecom carriers, mono-brand partners and commercial resellers. – You will maintain close relationships with each partner’s training organisation to ensure maximum impact on the sales staff. This will involve a deep understanding of partner staff profile and training levels, learning and development program and ensure Apple training is tightly included in it. – You will work closely with Apple team to ensure that all training activities are aligned with Apple sales priorities across the region. – You will be responsible for organisation of all classroom and in-store sales training sessions in country : session planning, budget management, attendance tracking, coordination with partners – You will oversee the delivery of best in class training sessions as per Apple training guidelines. This include providing a consistently great learning experience to surprise and delight the learners. You will own the rollout of an e-learning application inside partner organisation and drive initiatives to ensure regular usage among sales staff. Provide insights in staff usage through analytics. You will liaise with partners inside Apple to share country and partner training progress, results, needs and requirements. Sourcing and management of external trainers who are delivering classroom and in-store training sessions. Delivery of sales training sessions to sales staff on an ad-hoc basis. Where relevant, you will ensure quality assurance of Arabic translation of Sales Training Materials
Education & Experience
BA or BS degree Fluent speaker of English (and Arabic wherever required).
