As a Sales Support Officer you’ll be responsible for :
This role supports the sales organization to develop or validate Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in time.
Supports the management of contracts and commercial agreements, store contracts in ICON and set and book rebates in the systems.
Develops standard reports and commercial analysis to support the sales performance management Operational.
Support the sales organization, internal and external, in the development or validation of Deal/Special Price Agreement/Promotion conditions/Project Quote ensuring completeness, accuracy, and delivering to requester in a time.
Adhere to the quote/deal/pricing/promotion process, including the pricing compliance policy.
Support the management of contracts and commercial agreements, store contracts in ICON and set and book rebates in the systems.
Support sales plan management including phase in-phase out and promotion alignment.
Support the Agents management including compliance and performance process (where required) Financial.
Drive for high levels of customer satisfaction.
Support customers’ sales process.
Execute activities to improve collaboration with customer .
Provide information on contracts and agreements signed-off.
Support the process of disputes with customers.
