| Take this opportunity and become the responsible Sales Manager Middle-East for BerryAlloc and make a difference through the many exciting opportunities in this region. Main responsibilities and key tasks The Sales Manager Middle-East is responsible for drawing up and executing a sales plan for the Residential and Contract segment with the aim of achieving the predetermined sales targets within the Middle-East region. Developing sales strategies and setting targets Reaching the targets and goals set for your area within the identified commercial excellence framework Follows up and analyze the sales figures, margins and costs, tests them against the predetermined targets and makes adjustments where necessary Establishing, maintaining and expanding your customer base for residential (mainly wholesale) and contract business Key Account Management Investigate and develop opportunities within project developers and architects and use the appropriate marketing tools to quickly and successfully enter these new markets You lead the negotiation conversations with decision makers and you become responsible for developing and supporting a long-term relationship with the customer Contribute towards the development of the company’s product and market development plans by collecting customer feedback and market research (keeping up to date with products and competitors) Competencies and skills Assertiveness Organisation/planning/structured working Teamwork and communication Negotiation skills Optimistic Open minded Working autonomously Minimum 5 years experience in the Flooring/Interior sector Preferably experience with CRM system Location Any of the following: KSA, UAE, Kuwait, Qatar, Bahrain (home office based) Languages Must: English + Arabic Nice to have: any other Our Offer Opportunity to join a dynamic and ambitious organisation with many opportunities.
