Job Title: Sales Executive
Reporting Line: Sales Manager, BPD
Division: Al-Futtaim Engineering – Building Products Division
Location: Dubai, United Arab Emirates
Job Purpose
Generate Enquiries, follow-up and book Orders as per the Target set by Division
The accurate completion of monthly management reports covering all activities
Following up on current leads, opportunities and key accounts
Job Accountabilities
Sales Target
Achieve Sales/Gross Margin Target set by the management on Monthly, Quarterly and Annual basis by activities mentioned below
Generating Sales Enquires on monthly basis so as to achieve Order booking strike rate of 15-20% of enquiry quoted every month based on assigned Sales Target
Generate business leads for upcoming projects by regular visits on daily basis to Key Developer/Consultant & MEP contractors
Customer Relation /Networking
Maintain good rapport with key clients, leading Consultants and MEP Contractors Research market in terms of current Job in Hands, current projects under design, current projects on tender stage.
Interact and engage customer for information feedback related to competitor’s pricing/products proposed
Understand and analyze the customer needs
Knowledge
Maintain Comprehensive knowledge of Sanitary ware products, Market intelligence, industry trends and competition in the assigned territory
Minimum Qualifications And Knowledge
A degree in Engineering or Business Management
Minimum Experience
2-3 years minimum experience in Sanitary wares/ HVAC Building Products with full understanding and awareness of the regions construction industry.
Job-Specific Skills
A Sales executive within the construction industry/ building materials market either for a multinational or large regional company.
Building/ Construction materials experience
Have an extensive people management experience and ideally be a manager of middle management with indirect reports.
Proven track reports in business unit growth.
Proven client database
Arabic Speakers Preferred
Male/Female
Valid UAE Diving License.
