The ideal candidate will possess strong sales, interpersonal and organizational skills. You will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new sales prospects and maintaining healthy client relationships. Your goal will be to develop creative and alternative strategies to achieve and surpass sales targets.
Actively seek out new sales opportunities through prospect, cold calling, networking and make formal presentations of company pricing, products and promotions to major Hotels, Restaurants, Coffee and food service customers to gain or expand new business.
Build on and maintain client relationships within assigned accounts/territory.
Track and record metrics throughout sales process
Meet and exceed financial goals
Understand and keep up to date with industry and competitive landscape knowledge
Execute sales strategies in order to meet or exceed company’s sales targets and achieve KPIs as outlined in performance expectations.
Target strategic accounts for new business opportunities.
Responsible for achieving a high level sales target with restaurant & Cafe customers.
Coordinate customer setup and activation with the support team.
Keep management informed by submitting activity and results reports, such as daily call reports, weekly work plans and monthly achievements.
Investigate and Resolve customer complaints by problems
Minimum 2 years proven experience in HORECA sales role.
Special acceptance for Ex-Emirates Airlines Cabin Crew even if no HORECA background
UAE Driving License
Proficiency in English and excellent writing and verbal communication skills.
Thorough understanding of sales and negotiation techniques.
Self-motivated fast learner with the results driven approach.
Good time manager able to work under pressure.
Approachable and passionate personality..
Strong organizational skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office
Minimum high school diploma
Base Salary and competitive commission scheme
