|Main Purpose of the Role|
The Regional Sales Manager is responsible for revenue & KPI’S of the Pandora Point of Sales within UAE and the role will be based in Abu Dhabi with frequent travel across all the Emirates.
He/she guarantees an excellent service within the Pandora Point of Sales, ensuring all the proper in-store operations (way of selling, set-up and visual display, product assortment, stock, etc.) in order to offer an exceptional customer experience and guarantee the image of the brand.
He/she maximizes sales targets in the yearly business plan whilst maintaining the Brand DNA.
Responsible for achieving sales and KPI targets for the assigned stores.
Analyse business performance, pursue business opportunities and take prompt corrective action where required.
Coach and lead store managers and store teams, to maximize sales through high standards of operational execution.
Conduct regular store visits, ensuring strong instore presentation, customer service standards and that all relevant brand standards are implemented.
Deliver on the job training to frontline sales teams relating to customer service, product knowledge, visual merchandising, POS and systems, policies and procedures, etc.
Responsible for the personnel cost monitoring and recruitment for assigned stores.
Ensure store teams effectively implement and maintain Visual Merchandising standards. Share relevant feedback to VM team.
Coordinate all promotional and sales activities. Liaise with the Marketing Team on challenges and opportunities within the market, including feedback on competitor brands.
Responsible for the effective planning and execution of new store openings by coordinating relevant departments: HR, IT, Operations, Training, Marketing, Merchandising, etc.
Ensure stock accuracy through periodical inventories and spot checking.
Monitor best and slow sellers to deliver desired level of sell through and manage inventory.
Ensure procedures, policies, legal requirements and ethical standards are followed to ensure company assets are protected.
Cultivate and maintain strong cross functional relationships with global, cluster and market.
Contribute to effective team-working by working collaboratively with all departments in the Company.
Required Skills & Qualifications
3-5 years of experience in a regional sales role, with a focus on Operation & Development activities.
Broad understanding of all elements of the retail mix from category management, operations, marketing and brand.
Strong analytical skills and attention to details.
Strong Business Acumen.
Strong interpersonal skills and ability to communicate.
Ability to share knowledge.
Excellent customer orientation.
Initiative and shared decision making approach.
Excellent organizational and planning skills, ability to deal with situations where multitasking is frequently required.
Holder of UAE Driving License.
