Job Description:
We are seeking a Regional Partner Manager willing and able to lead our Partner & Alliances operations in the Middle East, Africa and India (MEAI). You will become part of an exciting journey to help Pagero expand our footprint in the region. As a member of Pagero’s global alliances team, you will work on developing existing partner relationships as well as recruiting new partners to the network, both locally and globally.
The perfect candidate for this role is passionate about the opportunity of growing a business and is excited and driven by working in a fast-paced, global environment. Further, the candidate has experience in developing and managing relationships with influencers and stakeholders.
Over the first few weeks, you will receive training at the Dubai office and at our HQ in Gothenburg, Sweden.

Job description
As the Regional Partner Manager, you will (1) together with the Regional Director be responsible for the planning, implementation, and follow-up of Pagero’s local Partner Value Proposition and Go-to-Market, and (2) the recruitment, enablement and nurturing of Partners in the region. In doing this, you will collaborate closely with branches of the commercial branch – marketing, sales & partner.
Your responsibilities:
Execute on the Global Partner Strategies and define & implement the local Partner Value Proposition and Go-to-Market.
Identify, reach out and recruit new potential partners.
Lead planning and execution for the launch of new partnerships, in collaboration with the Sales & Marketing teams.
Develop a deep understanding of your partner’s business model, organizational structure, go-to market strategies in order to drive channel sales.
Drive revenue growth by successfully managing & expanding relationships with partners.
Manage day-to-day operations for your partner portfolio.
Work collaboratively with the entire commercial team to plan and execute our joint partner efforts, including marketing, webinars, exhibitions and customer events
Identify product improvements or new products by remaining up-to-date on industry trends, market activities, and competitors.
Who you are
You are a driven, ambitious and self-starting person with a proven track record in B2B Software Sales and Channel Sales – ideally in the areas such as ERP, Financial Services, EDI, e-invoicing, P2P/O2C Automation and/or similar.
You approach your work in a structured manner, with autonomy and creativity. You can understand the full picture, as well as dive deep into the details, using that knowledge to execute effective strategies that drive revenue growth.
You have experience in developing and managing long-term multi-stakeholder relationships with large customers and/or partners.
You are passionate about the opportunity of growing a business and working in a fast-paced, global environment.

Minimum skills & qualifications
Proven track-record in B2B enterprise direct sales and/or channel sales
Excellent interpersonal skills and an ability to build strong relationships with partners
Personal network within the software sector (ERP, VIM, purchasing, order management)
Outstanding presentation skills
Highly service minded
Excellent English skills (speaking and writing). Arabic language skills will be valued.
Basic knowledge of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes

Desired qualifications
3-6 years of experience managing partners and generating revenue
4+ years working in the B2B technology and / or services
You have a good understanding of order-to-cash and purchase-to-pay processes.
Experience with Salesforce
