Job Description:
We are a fintech company licensed as a financial institution in the UK and Lithuania, W1TTY.
W1TTY has been created to offer an entirely new financial services experience – giving customers what they really want, and rarely get – to be treated as individuals who have a genuine choice over who they bank with. W1TTY is initially targeting Generation Z – students and other young people starting their first jobs and building their careers. Globally this is nearly a third of the world population and will represent a quarter of all spending power by 2030. However, W1TTY is designed to appeal to everyone who is dissatisfied with what is currently on offer, frustrated with hype that fails to deliver, and is willing to try something genuinely different.
We are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Recruiter to join our growing team in Dubai.


Recruiter responsibilities:
• Preparing job description, scheduling calls and interviews, maintaining candidate database, handling paperwork, drafting sheets, offer letters, producing reports and briefs.
• Help with resume screening and initial phone screens
• Schedule interviews and keep calendars for all hiring teams and candidates
• Maintain candidate database
• Handle records and paperwork
• Schedule meetings and manage calendars
• Help with daily time management
• Analyze requirements to determine target profile needs and matches
• Collaborate closely with recruiting team throughout the recruiting process to ensure we meet their hiring needs and goals
• Drive offer process – including extending offers, closing candidates, and generating offer letters, all the documents required
• Responsible for the onboarding of the new joiners (prepare contracts, requests, organize desks, arrange meetings, ets)
• Proactively sourcing candidates using LinkedIn
• Screen candidate’s CV and download/upload from LinkedIn
• Arrange interviews and Zoom Meetings
• Prepare daily reports and statistics
• Send the assessments to the candidates and monitor the results


Requirements and skills:
• Proven experience as Recruiter or another recruiting-related role
• Familiar with hiring practices and stages (screening, interview, assessment, onboarding)
• Experienced using recruiting software and social networks for recruiting
• MS Office and English proficiency
• Outstanding organizational and time management skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize daily workload
• Excellent verbal and written communications skills
