For our Polybit Head Office based in Umm Al Quwain, we are looking for a multi skilled Project Manager, to embrace the below challenge. 

YOUR ROLE
Leading and managing the activities for all projects, Project conceptualization, scope preparation, feasibility analysis, cost estimation, proposal, and execution. End to End Project Management (feasibility to handover)
Arranging and attending kick-off meetings, onboarding of contractors, and early engagement of contractors for smooth and safe execution Contractor and 3rd Party management and take daily activities.
Leading all Design Activities (mechanical, electrical and construction systems, design optimization, and drawings.)
Management of Daily activities on-site  for construction/execution/installation activities of  the Project. And production plant systems, packages, commissioning systems, handover and training .
Co-ordination  of  internal & external stakeholders. (Consultants and designers, Implementing systems for streamlined communication between all stakeholders and customers.)
Create and implement  Document Management Plan. Document control and tracking  for all projects, Including implementation of control systems.
Expediting engineering activities and approvals, Coordinate with Engineering Work Stream Authority. 
Build and maintain relations with authorities and ensure the legal approvals are met. Co-ordination with statutory bodies and meeting their requirements during various approval procedures.
Create and implement Bill Verification Plan to ensure the Henkel compliance.   Setting up billing models for various contractors and ensuring proper billing. 
Define and implement the sustainability Concept of the Project. Evaluating various sustainability projects and coordinating with designers and various agencies.
Coordinate and communicate effectively with the project management team and other project participants to provide assistance and technical support.
Ensure the perfect Scope Definition for technical packages/engineering scope with close contact to technical personnel  Work closely with technical personnel to define and settle project engineering scope.
Implement Value Engineering with-out compromising Safety & Technical Integrity.
Implement the Project Evaluation phase with Global Team. And list out major learning’s during the project execution phases & take corrective measures during future phases of project implications.
Adherence to Global Standards
Perform the leading role in internal/External Audits
Leading the Presentation/Communication of the Project

YOUR SKILLS
BS degree in Electromechanical, Civil or Chemical Engineering
Experienced in working within manufacturing sites is essential
Holds PMI (Project Management Institute) certification.
Proven project experience at least 10 years  in project management (preferably Chemical Industry) and execution
