Job summary
Amazon’s Direct Fulfillment (DF) team is looking for a highly motivated individual to join us in our MENA Direct Fulfillment organization to support day-to-day operations. Direct Fulfillment (often called Dropship) supports the fulfillment of customer orders directly from vendors’ facilities to our customers.
Amazon is looking for a Supply Chain Specialist to work in a dynamic environment supporting vendors with day-to-day Operations on the Amazon Direct Fulfillment channel. You will own the resolution of operational and logistics issues that impact our customers. You will work with DF Vendors, Supply Chain teams and Carrier Managers to resolve vendor issues. You will be part of one of the fastest growing fulfillment channels within Amazon.

Key responsibilities include:
Understand Amazon Direct Fulfillment program and services and support vendors on day- to-day operations.
Work with vendors and carriers to set and meet milestones to deliver high-quality operational performance.
Communicate via email and telephone also with physical visit to vendors and provide first line support on operations questions.
Maintain quality by enforcing Amazon’s Policy Guidelines with vendors.
Participate in other special projects/assignments as necessary.
Achieve weekly productivity and quality standards.

Native Arabic speaker with fluency in English language as well.
Need to be proficient in MS Excel
History of collaboration with external stakeholders and willingness to roll up one’s sleeves to get the job done (No job is too large, no job is too small)
Experience in Supply chain / Logistics operations.
Ability to think and react in a high-energy, fast paced environment.
Demonstrated ability to work independently.
Self-disciplined, proactive and detail oriented.
Need to have a clean UAE driving license.

Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Industrial Engineering or related field
Previous relevant experience in a customer/vendor service environment preferred.
Background in Project Management, Analysis in a retail /E-commerce industry
Desired skill-sets – MS Office Application Excel, ability to work with many tools / platforms.
Desire to expand skills into new areas.
