Launched in September 2019, SHARE is Majid Al Futtaim’s Group loyalty platform in the UAE.
Building on two years of strong customer acquisition (2.4m members), SHARE is moving from startup to an accelerating growth phase, driven through strong proposition enhancement, market expansion and the development of new product verticals. As a result the number of product and digital squads is growing significantly and we require a Product Strategy Architect to work with these squads to continuously drive improvement to the SHARE products, supporting the roadmap creation and connection back to business objectives and goals.
Product Architecture is the organization of a product’s functional elements both in terms of the breakdown of the product into components and the interaction between them. It’s the way these elements are used and interact that plays a significant role in how to design, make, sell, use, and improve new and existing product offerings. Linking to system-level design and the principles of system engineering.
As part of the product team, the Product Strategy Architect will work alongside Product Managers and Owners to improve the product experience and proactively come up with solutions that are in line with the wider Product Roadmap of SHARE based on customer feedback, product usage, commercial insight and business goals.
Role Details – Key Responsibilities and Accountabilities:
Product Management & Strategic Thinking and Alignment
Partner with Product Management, Engineering, Analytics, Business Stakeholders and CX to develop strategies for continual improvement of existing products and identify new products using insights, feedback from customers, research from across the business and external benchmarking
Collaborate with the Customer Intelligence team to generate and go deep on consumer insights and competitive intelligence to help teams drive product innovation and iteration within the Share Product team
Work with Programme Design and Strategic Program Delivery to ensure that the current Product Roadmap followed by the Product Management team is aligned with the overall Business Strategic Roadmap.
Identify design and deployment obstacles within the current and future tasks of the Product Management team to optimize current functionality and influence future product roadmap.
Identify potential business opportunities within the Share products and digital experience that will drive added value, and which are aligned within the Goals, Objectives, Strategies and Measures of SHARE.
Product Management & Execution
Develop in-depth understanding of SHARE’s Loyalty Products and determine market trends, competition, regional and global benchmarks, to provide input to the current SHARE Product Strategy Roadmap.
Work with Product Management and other busines stakeholders to define initiatives and inform decisions made on the future roadmap of SHARE
Develop a test and learn strategy to enable concept testing, canary releases, A/B testing to be implemented and roadmap decisions / pivots to be based on a data strategy
Be a champion of the MVP concept, distilling the product down to what is desirable, viable and feasible.
Product Management – KPI Reporting & Insights
Work with Loyalty, Operations, Business Intelligence, Marketing and other stakeholders to establish the right metrics/KPI’s for monitoring the performance of the SHARE App for product management purposes.
Execute quantitative analyses that translate data into actionable insights; provide analytical and data-driven decision-making support for key projects.
Work together with the Business Intelligence team and functions leads across Loyalty to capture and interpret detailed user requirements and required data on business cases/studies and define optimum BI solution to ensure accurate information on business reporting.
Provide business requirements for the build of dashboards which can address business problems including using effective visualizations, creating a story flow and clearly communicating insights and recommending solutions (where possible).
Collaborate with analytics to define data quality standards for app analytics and devise data validation rules on collected data sets to ensure that the data used and presented is accurate.

Improving customer satisfaction with the loyalty customer experience measured by low complaints and high member Net Promoter Score
Positive feedback from internal stakeholders on the capabilities and performance of the loyalty platform
Performance and personal development of the team
3-5 years of experience in product management, strategy or digital analytical functions.
Highly analytical, with a track record of being a strong problem solver; capable of translating data into meaningful analysis and insights, presenting to business stakeholders, and driving value for the business. Ability to see the big picture and to focus on details when necessary.
Proven track record of project management and organizational skills, with an ability to initiate, prioritize, and execute analysis/insights projects with minimal guidance across businesses and leadership levels.
Demonstrated track record of creating and building complex evaluation tools for assessing/tracking business performance, strategy and product management performance.
Hands-on experience with reporting on product management KPIs.
Experience with analytical tools supporting data evaluation and reporting within the digital product management space, app analytics etc.
Strong market knowledge and solid research capabilities including scanning and capturing market information, insights, etc.
Hands on experience with A/B testing, statistical analysis, and/or insights.
Hands-on experience with digital product management, product strategy ideation, KPI and business performance monitoring with demonstrated use of analytics, metrics, and benchmarking to drive decisions
Critical thinker who can creatively transform strategies into a vision via roadmaps, OKRs.

BS in computer science / engineering / business administration / economics or related discipline or compensated in years relevant experience.
Background or previous experience in analytics, digital, or digital product management is necessary.
