| Summary of the role As a Product Owner for the Airline Domain, you will be responsible for performing full end-to-end business analyst functions including: requirements gathering, design of workable solutions in collaboration with the technical experts, user acceptance testing, regression testing, production system verification and functional support for the customer. You’ll be joining one of the world’s top 10 software companies to power better journeys. Your main responsibilities Analyze requirements submitted by Product Management (BRM, Business needs, SOR, early created CRs) Deliver functional specifications and interface documentation of the product for their own area. Identify interactions and assess impacts with other Amadeus packages/products /solutions to ensure functional compatibility of their own area. Coordinate those interactions from building phase to delivery to ensure the compliance of the delivered functionality. Obtain specification validation through carrying out the functional review with Development, QA and Product Management Contribute with Development teams to technical design for their own area. Contribute with QA teams to product quality by giving inputs for the test strategy and defect investigation in Production in order to ensure compliance of the delivered functionality and system integrity. Provide on request functional knowledge on the features and handled & support requests Contribute to innovation and product evolution within their functional area by sharing with peers & product managers’ information such as industry trends & standards, competition etc. About the ideal candidate – University degree in Computer Science, Information Technology or equivalent – Excellent English verbal and written communication skills – 7+ years of Total work experience with 3+ years of relevant experience in Product Owner role – Analytical skills / ability to provide synthetic views adapted to your audience – Able to understand and break complex and technical problems into simpler ones, and prioritize them – Ability to convert something highly technical and abstract to more readily intelligible – Knowledge and experience in Agile Scrum methodology – Excellent Product Ownership skills & experience – Able to collaborate with key stakeholders to define, develop, shape and refine requirements forming the Product Roadmap and backlog, short, medium and long-term – Strong leadership skills and the ability to influence with or without authority – Experience documenting and testing APIs both using SOAP and REST/JSON – Experience with data modelling and cloud technologies is a plus – PO/PM agile certification is a plus.
