Job Description:
Be a key referent in the PR department managing and executing the PR and communication strategy in accordance with the Maison guidelines to support the business objectives while increasing Brand visibility, awareness and desirability.

Main Accountabilities
Support Senior PR manager in developing and implementing the regional press and communication strategy maximizing the brand exposure, impact and image.
Build & implement the SM communication strategy aiming at increasing Brand visibility and awareness
Develop and nourish strong networking and relationship with Press, Friends of the Brands, Ambassadors, Celebrities, influencers and social figures for Bulgari MEA
Contribute to the content creation (SM & digital) assets to support the product/corporate launches while ensuring respect of corporate guidelines
Support press launches, events and activations
Manage reportings, clipping coverage, digital monitorings
Competitions analysis
 

PROFILE
I – PR & Communication
Work in close collaboration with Senior PR Manager to define and implement the PR & communication Strategy for Bulgari in MEA region
Develop and maintain strong relationship with Press
Ensure relay and constant communication of relevant information to the key media and Press stakeholders in accordance to strategy defined
Maintain qualitative and quantitative press coverage executions (print and digital)
Develop a media relation strategy, seeking high-level placements in print and online maximizing PCO results
Produce and Manage editorial shootings at regional level and during key international events
Re-adapt and update press materials (such as texts, photos etc.) according with Business Units inputs aligned with Global Marketing & Communication guidelines
Plan, implement and manage the shootings working closely with all media titles
Produce local campaigns and local PR assets photoshoots in respect of brand image and global guidelines.
Press trips: Contribute to Local and International Brand Events with local and international event’s team
Build strong relationships with all the international Marketing teams and with the headquarters’ marketing team from all business units.
Evaluate opportunities for partnerships, sponsorships on an on-going basis.
Coordinate public relations activities: press related events for new launches, press trips, shootings & communication
Forecasts of quantities of gifts for press
Follow up PR budget for kits, press trips, shoots, and gifts
II – Regional Ambassadors Strategy
Maintain strong networking with agencies, agent’s talents to develop strategic recommendations relevant to the region and aligned with Brand positioning
Develop and nourish the Ambassadors and friends of the brand portfolio in alignment with the communication strategy
Suggest and recruit new ambassadors in line with the brand guidelines and vision
Build long-term relationships with all relevant stakeholders for the brand in key respective market
Identify key profiles for shootings and built excellent relationships with them
Contribute to grow the VIP and KOL Database (local government, artists, and royals)
Participate to the management of brand ambassadors contracts and deliverables while maintaining on-going relationships
Recommend product placement in photoshoot, red carpet event, social media, content creation with key relevant talents based on projects and guidelines
Monitor all digital exposure, print coverage related to ambassadors programs and Friends of the brand initiatives
III – Content Creation & Digital Brand Image
Build & implement the SM communication strategy aimed at increasing Brand visibility and awareness
Develop yearly digital content plan for all categories in alignment with communication strategy and brand guidelines
Manage the content creation (SM & digital) development to support the product/corporate launches while ensuring respect of corporate guidelines for digital & SM platforms
Source key talents and professionals portfolio l within each key market: KSA , UAE, Qatar & Kuwait
Gifting budget and forecasts monitoring
