Job Description:
Job Purpose:
The Primary responsibilities are to develop customer relationships to achieve assigned sales and service objectives/standards.
Provide acceptable level of service to personal banking customers, and explore cross sell during the customer interactions with a view to increase personal banking revenues.
Identify customer needs and proactively deliver quality and unique customer service that will exceed customer expectation.
Identify new to bank personal banking customers and refer leads to other segments in the Bank.
Customer contact is virtually continuous and hence competencies and skills required for dealing with customers are critical.
Ensure to attain up-to-date products and policy process knowledge at all times (including that of campaigns/promotions) and keep abreast of any subsequent amendments.
Ensure proper documentation, correctness & completeness of all applications/forms.
Accept, Evaluate & send for processing all after sales Transaction (AST) To be vigilant at all times and perform their duties with due care and ensure that all activities are in compliance with the Bank Policy and Procedure.
Handle correspondence related to service & sales issues.

Main Tasks:
Provide product and service Information, advice on relevant products and services to customers to Increase their awareness and promote their usage. (Asset, Lability and Fee generating products) Attend to all customer queries, handle complaints, after sales requests and ensure customer satisfaction.
Ensure consistently high level of customer service is maintained positively contributing to the Image of the bank.
Make efforts to facilitate customer retention and continue relationship.
Create opportunities to promote and sell/Cross sell products and services meeting the needs of existing and prospective customers to achieve the assigned sales objectives / standards.
Contact customers through campaign leads provided and ensure to fallow-up on potential sales.
Ensure generating leads to refer to other segments in the bank.
Promote products and services; Increase customer products ratio.
Apply, and comply with, relevant processes, procedures and controls.
Understand and be updated with banks risk, compliance policy and procedure.
Ensure timely & error free processing of customer requests and applications.
Compliance of Sharia guidelines set by the Bank.
Update database regularly to ensure availability of updated data or information needed for accurate processing & reporting to management for verification and further action.
Maintain strict control of confidential documents / secured negotiable items to prevent loss or misuse. 

Qualifications
 High School /University graduate is preferred
2 years sales /service experience with proven high performance
