About the Role:
We are currently looking for an experienced Automotive Parts Supervisor for Auomall who will be overseeing a wide variety of Warehouse activities, including shipping / receiving spare parts goods and maintains Inventory and associated records.
Key accountabilities includes:
Supervise and assist in daily Warehouse activities for receiving and shipping spare parts goods
People Management responsibilities including Hiring & Training, Planning & Assigning daily duties for staff working under Warehouse supervisor.
Continuously improve warehouse operations through the use of Warehouse Kaizen storage principles and there by maintain accuracy of stock.
Managing sales, Gross Margin, inventor level of branch to provide excellent customer service and achieve financial target.
Interpreting company policies to workers and enforce best safety Regulations &Practice
Minimum Qualifications and Knowledge: ITI/Diploma/ Graduate
Minimum Experience: Minimum 3 years in supervisory role with automotive.
Ability to read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating maintenance instruction, procedures and manuals.
Knowledge of general business computer software and proficiency in Microsoft office (Word, excel & Outlook).
Preferred knowledge and working background in SAP system
Should be healthy and physical requirements including a variety of standing, walking throughout the day and will require lifting and pulling of inventory from shelves.
