Job Description:
In close cooperation with the Brand Director, the Operations Manager will supervise and coordinate sales activities of the Brand across Middle East, India, and South Africa, ensuring smooth and efficient operations.
Supply chain (inbound):

In cooperation with the Sales Managers and Retail Manager, aggregate all needs per country and forecast adequate product yearly, quarterly and monthly supply
Close follow up and single contact to MJLC supply chain team
Implementation of a decent and adequate buffer stock in Dubai (watches and straps)
Inbound management, including stock adjustment, reference and price creation of watches and accessories
Supply chain (outbound):
Responsible for the dispatch to all countries, assisted by the Sales Administrator
Work with the Sales Managers and Retail Manager in achieving monthly objectives through allocation of product(s)
Advice Sales and Retail Team to provide efficient stock management in POS and Boutiques to ensure monthly automatic analysis of stock, priority allocation and automatic replenishment implementation
Work with the Area Sales Managers to have top 25 watches on basic stock and automatic replenishment if possible.
Create policies & procedures, initiatives and monthly sales objectives as needed
Keep the Retail & Sales Managers informed of:
– Product additions and changes
- Price changes
Advise and communicate with the Retail & Sales Managers when orders cannot be shipped
Collaborate with the Marketing Department to have the necessary product present and available for events
Responsible for the compliance of the team with procedures in Sales Orders, consignments, Carnet ATA, etc.
Supervision and management of sales administrator:
Manage all NSI-related tasks, such as invoicing, backorder follow up, maintaining price records, product specifications, etc.
Support Retail and Sales Team in responding to availability requests of all Middle East customers
Follow up on after sales pieces
Coordinates intercompany (India & South Africa) transfer
Coordinate temporary admission and transfer to other countries for event
Coordinate with all departments to prepare regional monthly report on sales and marketing activities of the month
Prepare monthly report on shortage/discontinued/”to be pushed” piece/ novelties deliveries to the team and organize monthly sales meeting with those recommendations
Prepare aggregated sell-in, sell-out, stock rotation report to the team on quarterly basis
Follow up/monitor POS opening/closing file
Follow-up special needs, special series request and high-end tickets sale (high jewellery, high complication)
In coordination with brand manager and business control, accountable in following up selling costs budget (part of P&L)
Project manager:
Project responsibility assigned by brand manager (ex: staff sales if any)
Supports Brand Manager in all aspects of business (regional business analysis)
Supports Brand Manager in qualitative and quantitative analysis to elaboration of yearly strategic plan
Geographical area under responsibility: Middle East, India, & South Africa
