End to End Management of Trading and merchandising Operations and Strategies to reach Sandro/Maje/Ted Baker Ecom Revenue target and associated KPIs (Forecast, Revenues, Merchandising, Content, Website trading & merchandising related KPIs).
Define the Ecommerce Master assortment with the planning & master data team
Ensure proper stock levels for ecom sales and promotions
Prepare sales forecasts at Category, Brand and SKU level in alignment with planning
Data driven product merchandising for Homepage, categories, sub-categories, and landing pages
Availability based on forecasts and Ecom NOOS catalogue
Product data sanity (title, descriptions, content, prices), availability
Product Life Cycle
New product launches, end of life products and product substitution process
Website animation & updates:
Working closely with the Buying Team, to define, agree and execute sales and promotional plans
– Homepage, Category / Campaigns & Brand landing pages updates
– Calendar promotions, and campaigns management
– USPs highlight
Static pages maintenance: About us, Terms & condition, Store locator etc..
Apply the SKUs naming convention
Optimize content (descriptions, images etc..)
Drive on site performance:
Look for data driven improvement opportunities such as Design changes through A/B testing, Site search, customer journey to conversion
Use VOC to enhance the product and optimize the on site experience
Overall Ecommerce improvements linked to trading:
Post purchase experience (Last mile), return & refund process, customer feedback
3-4 years minimum ecommerce experience preferably in the retail industry and retail experience with a strong track record of delivering incremental revenue growth and strong experience into ecommerce merchandising. Passionate about brands and digital and possess the leadership skills to gain the confidence of a team and senior stakeholders.
Minimum Experience and Knowledge:
3+ years’ experience in a relevant Ecommerce & Merchandising role preferably within a multi-channel retailer or pure-play.
Highly operational, with an understanding of retail processes
Experience of handling negotiations and being able to build strong relations across key stakeholders.
Strong analytical and numerical skills with experience in producing trade reports and analysis.
Experience with In SAP, PIM, Google Analytics
Experience in shopify, Sales foce cormmerce Cloud, Big commerce or equivalent.
