Job Summary Establishes, defines, implements, and leads the Middle East (“ME”) channel partner program. Working with the region sales directors to develop sales strategies and detailed sales plans to deliver profitable growth through distributors, agents, and all other indirect channels to market. Manages, designs and recommends sales program to drive order/revenue growth of products in the region. Drives accountability internally throughout regional product sales teams, and externally with our channel partners. Receives information from individuals to strategize group goals and activities; presents information and decisions on goals and activities to senior management groups and executive leadership. Responsible for the development, implementation and execution of strategies and tactics in support of the sale of company products and aftermarket services, through a network of Channel Partners. The position will require developing a strong Channel Partner network throughout the Middle East. The individual and channel will be required to have involvement in the completion of all critical tasks related to the sales process including opportunity creation / identification, lead qualification, product selection, proposal generation & follow-up, and the ultimate capture of new business. The Channel Manager is responsible to work with Channel Partners to create business plans around Channel Partner development, and developing strategies for penetrating OEM’s, EPCs, and End Users. Principle Duties and Responsibilities Defines and implements a high-performance channel-to-market strategy, creates consistent processes and drives execution across the region Assesses and manages overall portfolio of Channel Partners Establishes plan to develop or replace all underperforming channels with new Channel Partners to Increase opportunity funnel and hit rates. Manages Representatives in the territory including forecast, business plans, and lead generation, and follow up on major open opportunities. Manage and drive an effective process for due-diligence and onboarding of new channel partners. Ensure validity of all contracts and paperwork with each channel partner. Manages and tracks the sales department and Channel Partner efforts on quotation activity, profitability levels, pricing trends and quotation success ratios for assigned territories. Maintains and supports the Sales Team’s quotation tracking systems. Educates partners on the Celeros FT product portfolio and help identify opportunities in each partner channel for growth Investigate and coordinate the resolution of customer problems related to product, delivery, or service with channel partners. Working with sales teams to execute appropriate action plans to meet the order bookings goals Execute training programs working with other members of the sales team for both internal and external sales teams. Leverage input from channels network to provide competitive updates in the region Proactively identifies opportunities for sales process improvement and facilitates an organisation of continuous improvement Prepares regular and detailed reports to senior leadership of channel activity, market insights, and channel programs whilst evaluating Channel Partner performance on a quarterly basis. Develops and formalises channel partnership program and a detailed reward structure to incentivise Channel Partners whilst adding strategic value to Celeros Flow Technology. May perform other work-related assignments as deemed necessary and appropriate by supervisor. Knowledge, Skills and Abilities Proven track record managing a network of channels to market with a diversified portfolio or products and services. Experience in rotating equipment, pumps, fluid handling equipment sizing/design and flow control technologies Ability to solve practical problems and deal with a variety of concrete variables in situations where only limited standardization exists. Ability to interpret a variety of instructions furnished in written, oral, diagram, or schedule form. Proficient is MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Adobe Acrobat as they relate to job usage. This position requires travel up to 50% of time to various countries in the Middle East Demonstrated prioritization skills and ability to manage multiple priorities within demanding time constraints Highly effective communications and influencing skills Demonstrated leadership skills and ability to succeed in a matrix, team environment Customer focus.
