Job Description:
The purpose of this position is to be responsible for mapping all existing and new Applications into the IT architecture blueprint including application capabilities, Capacity and interfaces across all applications in the IT Architecture portfolio. Additionally, this position will be responsible for supporting large-scale technology implementation/ capability development projects by providing advice on appropriate applications, reporting, and analysis architecture. The Role will also be responsible for working closely with the Business Architecture team to convert business requirements into Technical solution design across all applications while ensuring compliance with overall applications portfolio strategy. Capacity of existing system needs to be assessed and recommendation provided to ensure the compliancy.
8 years of experience in the IT, or Technology fields in Telecom industry.
Billing architecture and solutions delivery including BSCS and other billing systems
Assurance & Fraud architecture and solutions delivery.
Previous experience in the development and delivery of Telecom solutions within OSS/BSS/ESS with high level of complexity & integration using EAI to multiple back-end systems, network elements, and touch points.
Previous experience in communicating, reporting, and presenting to management.
Solid experience in understanding business requirements and mapping them into defined application.
Good understanding of OSS/BSS/ESS system in Telecom.
Experience in defining the Capacity management of applications. (Baseline, Trends, Assessing impact).
