We are looking for a talented and passionate Data Science Manager to operate in a changing environment and seeking out ways to add value to the organization.
The data scientist’s responsibility shall comprise of understanding the data science services, working with various partners and sources of data, analyzing the data to the core and help the team into developing and executing the models.
Main Duties and Responsibilities: 
Manage the Data Science projects catering to various clients across MENA.
Identify and discover hidden patterns in complex structured and unstructured data sets.
Champion metrics creation, manipulate, transform and verify quality of data.
Design and develop statistical & machine learning models to support client business.
Enable look–a-like modelling, propensity to churn, propensity to buy, CLV, clustering, collaborative filtering, RFM, data fusion techniques, predictive modelling and audience profiling.
Liaise within the agency for project collaborations.
Liaise with the research agencies (YouGov etc. ) IPG is partnered with.
Strong problem solving and decision-making skills.
Essential Skills & Requirements:
Minimum 5-8 years’ experience in solving analytical problems through data driven quantitative methodologies and creating econometric descriptive and predictive models.
Experience in client and stakeholder management especially while narrating the complex technical solution in a business centric way.
BS in Mathematics, Economics, Computer Science, Information Management or Statistics
Knowledge of Media industry and markets is preferrable.
Strong knowledge and experience in data modelling and wrangling techniques.
Strong knowledge programming languages (mainly R and Python).
Strong knowledge of machine learning algorithms like Random Forrest, Decision trees, Matrix forecasting, Time series, Bayesian networks, Clustering, Regression and classification.
Knowledge and experience in Data Visualization is preferrable.
