Job Purpose
Manage the brands efficiently through managing the brand performance and executing the annual marketing plan

Principal Accountability
Leads the development and execution of the annual marketing plan
Responsible for the P&L of specific brands
Lead portfolio communication with internal and external stakeholders
Lead agencies through the development and execution of the advertising and consumer promotion support plan
Be the right brand ambassador who drives equity, awareness and off-take

Minimum Requirements
Responsibilities
Executes program metric alignment and measurement.
Provides input in monthly analytics of syndicated resources and internal performance metrics
Guide’s agency partners in event marketing initiatives and execution
Execute marketing plans including consumer promotions, advertising, shopper marketing, PR, digital and events
Assist marketing team with the development and tracking of pricing and retail promotional strategies.
Assist with P&L management and reconciliation.
Participate in new product and packaging projects and new product pipeline development.

Skills and Competencies
Strong teamwork, problem solving and presentation skills
Advanced PC skills: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint. Experience with SAP, statistical software desired
Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Strong project planning and management skills
Highly motivated individual with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with P&L management and reconciliation.
Participate in new product and packaging projects and new product pipeline development.

Education & Experience
Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing
3-5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, and sales knowledge in FMCG
Excellent written and verbal communication, conflict resolution and interpersonal skills
Strong project planning and management skills
Highly motivated individual with ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Assist with P&L management and reconciliation.
Participate in new product and packaging projects and new product pipeline development.
