The Team

The Candidate
As an Intern you will join a committed F&B team, driven with the intent of delivering ‘FIVE-star’ experiences to an international diaspora in the heart of vibrant Dubai and Zurich.

As our ideal candidate, you have proven experience in a highly active environment. Your organizational, communication, and leadership skills are second to none and you enjoy developing guest solutions that break boundaries.

We are looking for a natural self-starter who demonstrates creative and critical thinking abilities, can focus on, and execute, tasks with a sharp eye for detail. An outgoing, people-friendly personality with an ability to think ‘on your feet’ during changing situations is also essential.

You’ll work closely with the management team to develop constantly evolving service goals.

Key Responsibilities
Be passionate about maintaining a service standard that embraces time as the ‘new’ luxury and therefore deliver FIVE service in a timely manner to the highest level of expectation, all while having fun with the FIVE Vibe!
Support the smooth running of all the Food & Beverage/ Guest Services departments, where all aspects of the guest’s service experience are considered ‘FIVE-star’ all the way!
Work as part of a team that maximizes guest satisfaction and comfort, delivering a positive and timely response to guest enquiries
Take ownership of guest concerns, requests and act decisively in order to ensure guest approval
Always be aware of guest preferences and assist in compiling guest history to offer a unique and personalized service, at all times
Adhere to all established control procedures

What We’re Looking For
Hands-on approach with a ‘can-do!’ work attitude
Commitment to delivering exceptional guest services with a passion
Good conversational skills and teamwork-oriented
A lively and fun-to-work-with energy, at all times 
Internship period of 6 – 12 months
Fluency in English (written and spoken) is mandatory and proficiency in multiple languages is a bonus
