Job Description:

Job Purpose
Responsible for the management (through recruitment team) and provision (directly) of a comprehensive recruitment service to Al Rostamani Group businesses (and group departments) to source and select the best talent. Oversee the Emiratisation function, implementing effective attraction, selection, engagement and retention tools to developing, marketing and positioning Al Rostamani Group’s image as an “employer of choice” for UAE Nationals.

Job Responsibilities
Develop recruitment initiatives and plans by constantly seeking (through communication with the recruitment team, line managers and Group HR) innovative sourcing, attraction and evaluation methodologies to compete in the recruitment market for the skill sets required
Exploring and recommending use of technology to assist in recruitment, replacing and/or integrating more traditional recruitment methodologies with online tools, databases, and web based solutions to achieve cost-effective employment goals
Ensure recruitment & selection policies, processes, procedures and standards (including utilisation of the systems) are in place, implemented and complied with all times to ensure a high level of service is provided to Al Rostamani Group businesses (and group departments)
Project manage all recruitment campaigns and professionally manage and oversee recruitment projects assigned to the recruitment & emiratisation team, ensuing all projects are completed within the specific project timelines without compromising on cost or quality and in accordance with the established policies and standards.
Provide coaching and mentoring (to enhance professional knowledge and competence) to the recruitment & emiratisation team responsible for recruitment activities and emiratisation initiatives across Al Rostamani Group businesses (and group departments) 
Maintain professional relationships with all relevant stakeholders in order to leverage the maximum benefit for Al Rostamani Group in terms of quality and speed of recruitment, cost-effectiveness and service delivery.
Oversee and manage the Emiratisation team, ensuring the necessary policies, procedures and frameworks are in place in order to promote and enhance the utilisation, development, engagement and retention of UAE Nationals 
Evaluate, identify and recommend ideas, projects and initiatives that can be implemented to facilitate the recruitment, development, engagement and retention of UAE Nationals in order to meet the Emiratisation targets of Al Rostamani Group
Provide the Group Head of HR with periodic reports and status updates on all projects and campaigns being handled by the function, identify issues and recommend corrective action where necessary

Job Requirements
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree (in Human Resources, or a similar qualification where the understanding and assessment of people is a core requirement)
• A professional certification (e.g. CIPD) would be an added advantage
Experience
• Minimum of eight (8) years’ experience in HR of which at least three (3) years must be in a corporate recruitment function with experience in recruiting up to management level positions
• Prior working experience in overseeing the recruitment function in a family business or group with a diversified business portfolio would be an added advantage

Knowledge & Skills
• Must have experience in working with database/ATS/recruitment technology to advertise roles, source and screen candidates
• Working experience of SuccessFactors (RCM) would be an added advantage
• Proficiency in MS Office 
• Experienced in writing job briefs and adverts
• Excellent negotiation skills
• Experience in developing and facilitating assessment centres would be an added advantage
• Ability to manage multiple projects within defined timeframes is a critical requirement of this role
