Position Summary: Based within the HR Department, the HR Assistant will assist in all employee related documentation as well as the on-boarding of all employees. Responsibilities Run and manage the on-boarding process; involving but not limited to coordination with the global mobility team, shared service center, talent acquisition team, staffing team, etc and ensuring all new joiners are successfully onboarded as per decided timelines Creating all employment contracts, confidentiality agreements or any legal documentation that maybe needed for new joiners to start Assist in the induction of all new employees, welcome email generation and ensure a smooth on-boarding Following up after 6 months of joining; review new joiner survey and raise if any issues are highlighted Generate and update the weekly HR communication with the new entrant information for all the departments to proceed with the necessary arrangements (IT equipment, business card, etc) Assist in the off-boarding of employees by coordinating with all relevant departments to ensure that the Exit Check list is completed and signed off by each department head. Co-ordinate with employee about their Last working day, arrange exit formalities and meetings, review outstanding leave, etc Send out communication emails for Birthday and other work related Assist in any other ad-hoc projects for HR, as and when requested Experience and skills: Degree or Master’s Degree in a HR related field 1-3 years of HR experience (including Internships) Personal Attributes: Highly organised and meticulous Proactive, dedicated to meeting deadlines and able to manage stress Resourceful and willing to actively develop knowledge of the business Smart appearance, well-presented and professional at all times Possesses mature demeanor and positive attitude, as well as discretion and sensitivity when dealing with the Partner group Possesses cultural awareness and sensitivity Willingness to commit to and align with company culture and values Technical: Advance in Microsoft Office Applications: Outlook, Excel, Word and Powerpoint Advance in Video Conferencing |
