Job Description: |
Key Responsibilities: Visa processing, onboarding and joining processes Manage timely visa / labour renewals in coordination with PRO Coordinate with PRO for labour sessions of all applicable Maintaining Employee records in soft copy and hard copy Manage insurance cards, ID cards addition and deletion in system Exit management – process FFS, visa cancellation and related processes end to end Payroll management – provide inputs to the team and check the draft Process bank accounts, C3 cards for all new joiners Issue salary certificate, STL, NOC, warning letters, transfer letters Leave management and leave salary processing Performance Management for Retail staff – Quarterly basis Update HR records for transfer cases, salary revisions, bank account revisions, etc Requirements: Post-Graduate or Graduate preferably with specialization in Human Resources Management 2-3 years of HR experience. 1-2 years should be in Retail Industry handling HR Operations Knowledge of the UAE labour law and processes Good Communication skills Proficient in MS Office and HRIS |
