What you’ll be doing
This role will orchestrate and drive all features of digital and eCommerce strategy for both Tanagra.com & Tryano.com to ensure a commercially driven ecosystem and establish a vision and framework to deliver an optimal branding and online shopping experience. The Head of Digital & eCommerce will oversee site merchandising, digital and performance marketing, CRM, and customer experience, along with ensuring an optimal ecommerce operation.
Key Responsibilities:
Create a short-term and long-term roadmap with clear KPI’s to drive strategy and increase sales by optimizing site merchandising updating website content and generating new leads.
Monitoring competitor activity to identify new opportunities for growth or threats to the business
Creating a strategy for website optimization to increase conversion rates and drive-up sales
Developing and implementing a digital marketing strategy with defined digital marketing KPI’s with focus on growth trajectory.
Manage day-to-day ecommerce operations including website maintenance, order processing, fulfillment, customer service, and fraud prevention across multiple regions.
Develop systems and processes to effectively manage inventory levels, product data, and pricing across multiple sales channels
Work with cross-functional teams including IT, Marketing, Creative, Merchandising, Supply Chain, and Finance to ensure successful execution of ecommerce initiatives.
Build various types of marketing and advertising strategies to build brand awareness and increase sales.
Ensure scalable growth and define whether its increased revenue, new and returning customers, or subscription orders.
Reduce customer acquisition costs (CAC), increase average order value (AOV) and extend customer lifetime value (LTV).
Lead a team of experts and create synergies cross-functional to ensure optimal use of tools and resources to drive success in a leadership capacity.

What you’ll need to succeed
Must have experience in multi-brand, multi-category within fashion luxury and/or luxury home with B2C eCommerce.
Manage the eCommerce budget while demonstrating, flexibility in understanding industry business cycles, demands, and effect on financial results.
8+ years of work experience across e-commerce & digital marketing platforms including Google Analytic and 5+ year of experience in a managerial role
A proven track record of managing profitability including the ability to analyze and discuss financial impact, status, and improvement.
Experience in eCommerce platforms, SEO tools including email, CRM, and CX.
Strong understanding of the technology across various systems enabling the ecommerce operation including ERP, OMS
Ability to analyze key metrics and data analysis
Project management experience and strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize workflows with marketing/branding, creative and merchandising
