Job Description: |
Lead and plan the billing operations for the enterprise. Responsible for streamlining effective billing processes across ENEC and its subsidiaries along with business development. Key Activities Billing Operation Provide input into the development of the Department’s systems and processes, as well develop and implement the Section’s procedures, identifying opportunities for the continuous improvement of practices to increase productivity and operational efficiency. Monitor, control and report operational and financial Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) related to the Section, to track performance and recommend corrective or mitigating actions. Ensure that all relative reports are prepared timely and accurately, to meet the Section’s requirements and standards. Participates in contract kick-off and sets-up contract in billing system. Collects and reviews all cost/billing data for appropriate documentation and approval prior to preparing customer invoices. Prepares monthly invoices in accordance with company policy, government regulations, and the requirements of the contract. Commercial Operations Monitors and updates contract modifications. Supply chain management. With the procurement team, develops contract strategies and reviews bid/contract documents Makes assessments of supply chain change orders, extensions of time if any. Establishes and ensures controls and policies are implemented. Works with management to understand financial and budget activities to fund operations, maximize investments, and increase efficiency HSE, Security & Continuity of Operations Implement HSEMS requirement; properly plan and control work activities for ensuring safety; asses HSE risks of both routine and non-routine activities; take appropriate corrective and preventive actions to mitigate any immediate or future risks; ensure employees receive appropriate training and information and comply with ENEC HSE policy, procedures and instructions; maintain Safety Conscious Work Environment (SCWE); solicit employee feedback on HSE; utilize opportunities to learn about ways to ensure/ improve safety. Follow all relevant Security policies, processes, procedures and instructions to ensure security compliance in all aspects of work, by applying them on self, others and Corporate assets. Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission-critical activities. People Management Manage the effective achievement of organization’s objectives by setting individual targets, developing and motivating staff, provision of formal and informal feedback and appraisal – in order to maximize subordinate and department performance. Contribute to the development of UAE National employees in a manner which supports the objectives of the corporation and its Emiratization strategy. Contribute to knowledge dissemination/sharing in a way that assists with building internal capabilities of UAE Nationals where applicable and maximize their effective performance. Ensure compliance with corporate requirements for adherence to policies, procedures and instructions related to Crisis Management and Business Continuity in order to continue mission-critical activities. Skills Bachelor Degree in Business Administration or relevant degree Minimum 7 years of experience in Facility Management/ Planning/ Service Delivery experience Business Development Education Business Administration |
