Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company. The process of the planned separation is anticipated to be completed within 24 months, and it will be subject to legal requirements including consultation with works councils and other employee representative bodies, as required, and other customary conditions and approvals. It is anticipated that, following conclusion of the transaction, this position may be conveyed with New Consumer Health. In that case, details of any planned changes would be provided to the successful candidate by New Consumer Health at an appropriate time and would be subject to any necessary consultation processes. Job Purpose The eCommerce lead will partner with cross-functional teams to help maximize the online customer experience & grow the eCommerce business of Johnson & Johnson, establishing Johnson & Johnson as leaders in this field. This position requires excellent communication skills with GCC experience when dealing with stakeholders & partners as well as the ability to work within deadlines both independently and as part of a team. The individual will be responsible for the day-to-day management & development of the Johnson & Johnson eCommerce business and sales targets across the Gulf cluster whilst following the strategy of growth and excellence in execution. DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: Coordinate the Johnson & Johnson eCommerce business with internal & external (JnJ) teams Increase sales & profitability guided by the eCommerce strategy Hit revenue targets Remain informed of product category assortments, stock and seasonal merchandise Partner with ecommerce sites to communicate & achieve Johnson & Johnson eCommerce business goals, continually enhance relationships with partners whilst developing and executing strategies to achieve the J&J eCommerce goals Brainstorm new ideas and conduct competitive analysis with partners and internally Regularly produce, analyze and distribute site reports to JnJ eCommerce team Improve SCANR (Search, Content, Assortment, Navigation, Reviews) performance with all partners Identify & engage with new eCommerce partners Ensure the smooth delivery of Johnson & Johnson orders to eCommerce partners Leverage business analysis and strong understanding of financial metrics to track selling, identify key trends and maximize opportunities in the assortment to achieve growth and profitability of the ecommerce business Maintain robust competitive intelligence to monitor trends, pricing strategies and presentation techniques Exhibit leadership capability to motivate and engage all stakeholders with regards to eCommerce growth Qualifications UAE/GCC eCommerce experience 5+ years ecommerce experience required, 3+ years’ experience in eCommerce management Excellent communication skills both written and verbal The ability to educate, engage and onboard partners, internal & external stakeholders with regards to the Johnson & Johnson eCommerce business objectives, values and requirements Strong track record in delivering focused business strategies Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills; comprehensive understanding of retail math Team-oriented with ability to interact with partners across the organization at all levels; ability to negotiate and influence peers and members of cross-functional team Strong listening, written and exceptional oral communication skills Exceptional ability to adapt to changing priorities and react with appropriate sense of urgency Arabic speaker preferable |
