Job Description:
To process documentation and carry out daily administrative duties for the operation which includes production of repair estimates in a timely & accurate manner, processing authorizations, completed repairs & invoicing.
Updates daily status of container arrival in system.
Receives approval from customer in CRS system or through email.
Generates worksheet & handover to workshop supervisor
Generates work completion in CRS system and in CRV system
Receives work completion units from CRS system & crosscheck with client report.
Generates invoice in the system.
Performs other duties as required
