We are now seeking an exceptional Digital Solutions Analyst (Sharepoint) to join our award winning team based in our Dubai Office.
This critical role will be responsible for providing digital technology services to the business, driving the development and operation of digital products in alignment with the KEO IT Strategy.
Paramount to success within this varied role will include;
Develop and implement new software solutions
Maintain and improve the performance of existing solutions
Clearly and regularly communicate with management and technical support colleagues
Test and maintain software products to ensure strong functionality and optimization
Administer digital solutions and systems
Recommend improvements to existing software solutions as necessary
Design, develop, document, test, debug and deploy applications to automate business processes and improve efficiency
Participate in business requirements analysis and business process re-engineering
Participate in systems requirements analysis and code reviews
Participate in the innovation, incubation and iteration of digital products.
Train users in the conversion and implementation of systems
Present ideas for system improvements, including cost proposals
Ensure that Health, Safety, Sustainability and Continual Improvement is embedded into all work practices
Desired Skills and Experience
To be successful in this dynamic opportunity, we envision that you will bring a minimum of 5 years career experience in a digital solutions support role partnered with a Bachelor of Information Technology or equivalent.
Preference will be given to candidates who have experience in .NET programming, Microsoft SQL, Reporting Services, Power BI and the use, configuration and administration of SPO and other products in O365 Platform.
Candidates whom are also certified in Office365, Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL), Project Management and / or Business Analysis will receive priority consideration.
