Transformation with the goal to become a fully customer centric and data-driven organization
Directly responsible for the B2B digital customer experience digital ecosystem for the brand Henkel Polybit
Execute the global digital strategy and prepare the digital activities for the local markets
Ensure successful continuation and implementation of omnichannel marketing initiatives alongside the customer journey touchpoints for technology enablers (e.g. Marketing Automation, Websites, Webinar, Campaigns, AI, BI, Social Selling, Digital Platforms etc.) within regional markets
Design, build and deploy regional digital activation initiatives and best in class campaigns working with multiple markets, businesses boosting conversations rates & ROI
Ensure digital upskilling of our Henkel Constructions colleagues in the local Adhesives Technologies departments
Together with the global CX team act as a change agent to drive the digital transformation of our business unit across multiple countries on different continents

At least 5+ years of experience working in the field of digital marketing & CX, eComm, CRM, SoMe, particularly with websites & SEO/SEM, UX/UI, digital content, platforms, performance/growth marketing (FMCG, CPG background is advantage) 
University degree in business administration with focus on Marketing/Digital/eComm/Project Management
In-depth understanding of CX, customer journey, behavior economy, data monetization & digital technology enablers
