In addition to on-demand meals cooked in our cloud kitchens, we also offer subscription-based meal plans and a first-of-its-kind virtual food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 100 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, Bahrain and Qatar with its tech-hub in Poland and its customer experience center in the UAE.

Together with the Product, Engineering, Data, AI, and Robotic departments, we are creating various applications starting from highly personalized selling apps (web & mobile), through the kitchen management system, customer service, delivery, control, and business applications which help us to make decisions and determine the further direction of product development and more. We currently have around 40 applications in microservice architecture and we will constantly be creating new ones.

Working as a Functional Consultant in Kitopi, you will be responsible for the coordination efforts surrounding the implementation, development, design, deployment and training activities for Microsoft Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations. We are looking for the right person who specializes in the implementation of the Operations side of D365. Using your knowledge of complex implementations, you will work with our supply chain, engineering, production, finance, logistics, and quality teams and oversee the initial configuration and deployment of continuous improvement enhancements after implementation.

What You’ll Do
Focus on D365 Operations, specifically supply chain, finance and food production.
Understand D365 supply chain enough to support common efforts
Develop cohesive relationships with supply chain, food processing units, and business teams to build long-term strategies that align the design of the application with needs.
Collaborate with process owners and subject matter experts to match requirements with configuration settings and create use cases to test for desired application functionality.
Understand capabilities and identify risks and opportunities of deploying new functionality
Provide level 3 support, create and conduct instructor lead application training.
Ability to design and describe complex ERP (Finance and Operations) centric solutions on the Microsoft Dynamics 365 platform
Need to be able to do configuration, data migration, and integration activities from legacy systems to D365 for the current D365 implementation project.
Work with end-users to solve day-to-day business problems using the functionality of D365.
Sets up procedures and testing methods to ensure the ongoing accuracy of data maintained within all application
Providing ERP support and end-user training.

What Are We Looking For?
Bachelor’s degree in computer science, information technology, Business Management or similar preferred.
Current knowledge of Dynamics ERP systems, deployment, and integration.
5+ years’ experience as an ERP consultant in a similar industry.
Great collaboration, interpersonal, and communication skills.
ERP Certifications is a plus. 
Specialization in the below modules:
Dynamics 365 – Supply Chain Management
