Job Description:
Reporting directly to the company’s Sales Director of Can Pack Middle East.
Checking and monitoring product condition during site visit and ensuring company products are being use based from parameters set.
Assisting customer’s in solving technical issues related to machine and product.
Conducting product audits on customer to ensure and maintain quality products.
Proposing line improvement on customers to improve line performance and productivity.
Handling of customer’s inquiries related to seaming, technical information and quality.
Conducting on-site investigation related to product quality and food safety concerns.
Assisting QC and other internal department on special testing needed to product.
Providing technical reports from site visit of customers to immediate superior.
Coordinating with other CTS – Can Pack Group companies concerning to machine technical
specification, procedures and other customer related matters.
Analyzing product specifications to completely compete with other competitors.
Performing other necessary activities that may arise from time to time.

Degree Holder (Engineering, Sales)
Minimum of 3 years experience in the same field with good technical knowledge
Knowledgeable in technological process, analysis and interpretation of data/reports and product parameters, Statistical Process Control
Having Analytical skills, Interpersonal skills, Tolerance to work under pressure, Team Player
Skills, and must be willing to travel
Intermediate or above level of English Communication
