What you’ll be doing This role is crucial in fostering strong relationships with ELITE customers and driving customer engagement. By bridging the gap between the back office and frontliners, ensuring effective communication flow, timely actions, and feedback to meet customer expectations. Currently, we have around 400 members in the ELITE clienteling database, supported by three relationship managers across four markets. Customer Engagement: Assisting with ELITE Fitting Calls by thoroughly documenting dossiers and customer data. Onboarding new ELITE members, emphasizing communication with various stakeholders for a seamless process. Supporting the clienteling team with personal shopping appointments and ongoing projects. Facilitating collaboration between departments, conveying messages to customers, and providing feedback to respective teams. Marketing: Collaborating with the marketing team on creative initiatives and gifts for birthdays and seasonal greetings. Curating shoppable content such as PDFs and newsletters. Delivering personalized communication based on client behaviors and preferences. Collecting reviews and testimonials to build compelling case studies. Assisting the team with brand-led campaigns and deliverables. Accounting: Managing the annual tracker and payment process. Coordinating with third parties regarding invoices and quotations. Overseeing the ELITE budget and tracking progress across different departments. New Projects: Co-creating the customer experience journeys for Dubai Mall.
