| What’s the role? We are looking for a motivated and results-driven Intern with a focus and interest in controlling and performance management to join our After Market Services team. The desired candidate should be a curious and pro-active team worker, that is service oriented and likes to work together with different stakeholders (e.g. process experts, finance, engineering, logistics). You should be willing to develop further into reporting, controlling and Business Partnering for our After Market Service function. As the Controlling Intern for After Market Services, you’ll be part of a global organization, creating business specific transparency of financial results and operational performance, such as Service Levels. Your key responsibilities will be to execute on time and develop further all required reporting activities (maintain standard reporting, implement globally harmonized reporting, enhance automation and ad-hoc reporting). Furthermore, you will contribute towards the overall performance management of the business and get hands on in our operational environment. What you need is: Completed or working towards a Master’s Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Manufacturing or Business Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering Strong communication skills, with excellent English and interpersonal skills Proactive approach with enthusiasm to learn and succeed Strong analytical & teamworking skills with a multinational team Good IT and Microsoft Office skills is beneficial (Power BI, SAP, Excel, Word, PowerPoint) Valid Emirates residency, under family or school sponsorship for the duration of the internship |
