Job Description: |
Job Responsibilities Job opening and closing for both AD and TA. Sending / uploading the invoices to customer for both AD and TA. Allocation of materials in the system. Material issues in the system. Po receipt in the system (after checking with the store while closing the jobs). Issuing Delivery notes. Time sheet edit and entry in the system. Tracking the export documents from the customer for VAT purposes. Creating SF and updating (closing the SF for Qatar also). Creating customer and other system support for Qatar. Required Skills / Knowledge Must be a good team worker but also be self-driven and ready to perform in a demanding role. Demonstrated ability to handle multiple tasks and complete assignments on time as directed. Fully competent in Microsoft Suite. Numerical, literacy and administration skills. Excellent interpersonal, written and oral communication skills are essential. Experience Experience in administrative or coordination roles. Experience with ERP Systems, Visaer and Navision preferable. Relevant experience in a coordinator role with proven experience of providing solutions to enquiries equal to or greater than the customers’ expectations. Experience delivering customer-focused solutions on time and within budget. Experience working with contracts and administering requirements. Education Requirements High school diploma or equivalent. College education is preferred. Physical Requirements Light physical effort or significant manual dexterity. Primary functions require sufficient physical ability to work in an office and workshop setting and operate relevant equipment. Walking, sitting and standing for a prolonged period of time. |
