Job Description:
JOB PURPOSE
Support dnata Commercial & Business Development department by engaging B2B customers and
internal/external stakeholders through comprehensive communication campaigns under the direction of
the Manager Commercial and with the support of Group Corporate Communication, Marketing & Brand.

JOB ACCOUNTABILITIES LINKED TO OBJECTIVE AREAS
Plan
Design, plan and implement communication campaigns mapped to the different customer segments and stakeholders.
Personalise customer engagement through campaigns management.
Deploy
Manage outbound communication by sourcing contents in cooperation with internal and external
stakeholders.
Draft and deliver critical business communication through different channels in line with Corporate
Communication strategy.
Lead
Develop any required marketing support as per the department strategy and in cooperation with
Corporate Communication department to continuously promote our product offering demonstrating dnata as a leader in the industry.
Apply standards and requirements as per the brand guidelines.
Execute
Support internally the NPS/Customer survey communication to drive high responses and customer?s
advocacy.
Manage customers engagement and invitation to corporate events, support on site as required.
Track expenditure associated with activities, ensuring costs are within budget and escalating any
variances as appropriate.
Update and maintain Salesforce CRM with all relevant information pertaining to campaign management.
Support the department with responses to tenders as and when required.

Qualifications & Experience
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS/EXPERIENCE/KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS
Experience

Airport Operations. Other
Qualifications and skills
Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent)
Proficiency in English, written and oral
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Strong organisational and multi tasking skills
Proficient in MS Office and CRM/project management software
Customer-oriented approach
Experience
Experience in a communication/marketing role, ideally in a global organisation
