Summary Of The Job: The analyst will be supporting all the analytical piece of the Brand activation manager function – activation ROI, close out report preparation, Promo planning and sales scorecard tracking across the 6 countries of Gulf. The Analyst will also be responsible for tracking and validation of the backup documentation of the BAM budget, and Manage the pricing process & accuracy on SAP. Duties & Responsibilities Monthly reporting of Business KPIs: Sales, Market Share, Promo Intensity vs Competition Ensure Promo Plan forecast are planned and executed accurately Sales analysis of activation brand uplifts Ensure Local Gulf Brand Activations plans are being tracked and optimized Support BAM and Commercial Function in overall operations (In-store & Out of Store) Preparation of necessary Business Review analysis or presentations needed Tracking and validation of BAM budget Pricing Accuracy and Process to be managed accurately to ensure all prices are correct and updated. Qualifications Experience Required Education: Graduated from Business discipline Years of Experience: 2-4 years of post graduate experience in FMCG/CPG Language: Fluent English Location: Dubai Relocation availability: N/A Technical/Functional Skills Required Solid analytical skills/numbers oriented Advanced Excel PO process and budget tracking understanding SAP system experience is an advantage. Leadership Profile Required Driven to deliver quality work on time Able to verbally articulate analytical results Comfortable with team engagement and working with external stakeholders (Distributor partners) Johnson & Johnson announced plans to separate our Consumer Health business to create a new publicly traded company.
