What you’ll be doing Compute charges for merchandise or services and receive payments Receive payment by cash, check, credit cards, vouchers, or automatic debits Issue receipts, refunds, credits, or change due to customers Count money in cash drawers at the beginning of shifts to ensure that amounts are correct and that there is adequate change Greet customers entering establishments Maintain clean and orderly checkout areas Resolve all customers complaints Answer customers’ questions, and provide information on procedures or policies Recommend and provide advice on a wide variety of products and services Answer telephones to provide information Receive, examine, and tag articles to be altered, cleaned, stored, or repaired Maintain high standards of Visual Merchandising housekeeping in term of cleanness, display and stock rotation Implement all merchandising as per the brand’s visual merchandising guidelines Cleaning, prepare stock in hand, participate in inventories What we can offer you With us, you will turn your aspirations into reality.
