Award winning, ambitious and energetic, the UAE business is looking for a hands-on Business Generation Manager to work with the leadership team to support its growth in Dubai.
Job Objectives
To help lead business development and marketing activities for Dubai, in way which promotes market profile, develops prospective and key client relationships and enables revenue growth. To be achieved through the developement of clear strategies and tactical support of marketing campaigns, communications, bidding and key client activity.
Role Requirements
Sector and service growth
Implement Sector Business Generation (BG) plans, working with strategic leads, sector specialist, and the Head of Middle East BG.
Support Sector Leads to execute plan with regional teams including supporting key accounts and future targets, undertaking market research and championing opportunity pipelines and marketing activities.
Support cross- selling and awareness of the service delivery model and initiatives.
Support capture of service and sector best practice via case studies, CVs, collateral and other mediums.
Client Growth
Work with regional Key Client Leads to understand client business drivers, decision to in-source/out-source, support development of client propositions and win work. This includes providing hands-on support to convert opportunities, undertake research, compile reporting and contribute to proposition development and brand enhancing activities.
Ensure alignment to UK/Global Key Client Programme methodology and leverage appropriate tools.
Bid Leadership
Support large/complex bids, assisting with bid strategy and execution
Proactively monitor and influence conversation of bids through analysing and disseminating reporting and capturing best practice.
Champion the Bid to Win process.
Marketing and Communications
Support the development of and manage the execution of the marketing and events plans.
Provide support and advise to technical teams regarding awards, social media, collateral, marketing channels.
Support the development and execution of the UAE internal communications plan.
Skills Required
3 years+ experience across business development, marketing and bidding in a professional services environment, ideally within the built environment.
Relevant University level qualification and evidence of CPD.
Able to priorities and manage multiple and tight deadlines.
Agile and able to operate in an entrepreneurial environment.
Strong copywriting skills and ability to identify and shape key messages
Communications credibly and effectively about marketing/ BD best practice.
Ability to lead meetings effectively to achieve desired outcomes.
Ability to operate in a team or individually and take responsibility for achieving specific tasks or outcomes.

Role Dependencies
Report into the Head of Middle East Business Generation
This role does not have any line management responsibility, some access to administrative support.
This role is currently not client facing.
Location and Travel
The post holder will be based in our Dubai Office
There is currently no requirement for wider travel.
