|CyberArrow is investing significant resources to deliver successful revenue increase across its SaaS Offering business line. Business Development Managers have a critical role in providing customer acquisition and high quality customer retention and engagement.
Min 2-4 year’s experience in B2B SaaS business
A good understanding of the sales process
Quick learner of IT concepts and software
Excellent written/verbal communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus)
Acquire new customers and generate your own leads.
Attend to inbound leads.
Meeting and/or exceeding set monthly sales targets and quotas.
Delivering outstanding discovery/sales demonstration meetings.
Maintaining client and prospect records within CyberArrow’s CRM system.
Negotiating contracts with potential clients when necessary.
Educating clients and answering their questions about products, prices etc.
Promote customer loyalty and act as a customer advocate.
Educate and train junior staff when necessary.
Any other duties as directed by your line manager
We are looking for someone with
Belief in our core product offerings.
High computer literacy and ability to learn new software.
Self-driven and proactive nature.
Knowledge of the sales processes and /or customer success processes.
Excellent communication skills.
Exposure to B2B SaaS applications. This should either be direct work experience in the space or deep personal interest coupled with work experience on an innovative B2B SaaS product or service.
Minimum 2-4 years experience in a account management or customer success role.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proven track record of hitting set KPIs.
Previous experience of delivering information security strategy demonstrations to C-Level individuals/decision makers.
Experience within the GRC field and/or SaaS offerings.
Been part of fast-growing start-ups in the tech industry before.
Knowledge of the GRC market within UAE and KSA.
Key Outcomes & Metrics
Team and company progress is measured in monthly OKRs.
Monthly and quarterly sales performance targets.
