|This position is responsible for the effective administration booking, creating quotations and successful client acquisition. Good knowledge of broadcast/production equipment’s will be an added advantage. |
Capturing details of the enquiry which is to be reviewed and validated prior to generation of quotation through Dylius.
•First point of contact for all new clients to ensure that opportunities/enquiries are handled efficiently and where necessary are referred to the specialists within the company.
•Provide information of initial quotations across all products, receive and respond to the enquiries from the Client by various channel of communication.
•Preparation of the quotations based on the metrics. Forward the quotation to Head of Engineering for Technical Approval (if any) then forward to the Managing Director/COO for the Commercial Review and Approval.
•Liaising with all the internal departments to have the complete information required for quotation.
•Sends the quotation to the Client after Technical & Commercial approval.
•Follow up the Client for the pending quotations.
•Upon receiving the Client’s approval for the job, preparing the Equipment list and send it to Planning and warehouse for preparation for the project.
•Follow up LPOs from the finance to be coordinated for the projects which are confirmed.
•Preparation of equipment list based on quotations.
•Update the sales summary as per the business requirement and send it daily to the line manager and finance.
•Booking and renting the missing equipment if required.
•Negotiating and procurement from the suppliers.
•Equipment rental information shared with operations and follow up with the suppliers on the delivery and collection of the equipment from the assigned project.
•Preparing the Cost Sheets for every project.
•Be as a main spoke of coordination with Client and Suppliers in the quotation phase.
•Forward all valid received information from the client to the planning.
•Liaising with external vendors to get the quotation.
•Effectively interpret client requirement, tailor and perform product demos and advice on pricing ensuring best pricing is offered to secure the business.
•Generate quotes and internal follow up activities on behalf of the company.
•Record all clients contacts and details in Dylius.
•Keep client pipeline trackers are upto date.
•Ensure that the weekly report detailing account activity is completed.
•Manage correspondence between the company and clients.
Desired Candidate Profile
•B.E or any equivalent graduate preferably with technical background.
•3-5 years of experience in similar field.
•Experience in client services at least for 2 or more years.
•Analytical and logical thinking
•Diplomacy and negotiation skills
•Strong communication skills and ability to do multi-tasking
•Excellent time-keeper with the ability to work with initiative and to tight deadlines
•Ability to maintain confidentiality
