We serve as enablers to our brand partners in the food market by providing services centered around (but not limited to) sourcing, preparing, producing, and packaging – working closely with our delivery partners to help deliver exceptional food, on our customer’s terms. We are able to achieve this with our in-built, pioneering cloud kitchen technology – a first-of-its-kind innovation.
Our services have also expanded beyond the kitchen to include groceries – Shop Kitopi, subscription-based meal plans, and a first-of-its-kind on-demand food court concept Mix ‘N’ Match. Kitopi currently operates more than 60 kitchens across the UAE, KSA, Kuwait, and Bahrain, thanks to more than 2000 amazing Kitopians.

What You’ll Do
Scope, draft and publish all operational processes into our WiKitopi document management system
Drive the implementation of processes with the operations teams (local growth, supply chain, central kitchens, satellite kitchens and CX) across all markets
Ensure all employees are able to utilize the basic functions of WiKitopi and be able to locate documents that relate to their job functions
Assist supporting functions (ie. finance, people, strategy, legal etc) in publishing their own processes into WiKitopi
Serve as the facilitator of process reviews, ensuring effective cascading and implementation of changes is done consistently across all markets
Apply concepts of process excellence to ensure Kitopi processes are continuously improved to the next level of process excellence maturity
What Are We Looking For?
Strong verbal and written communication in English (Arabic is a plus)
Minimum of 2 years of experience in operations that include growth, supply chain, kitchen and restaurant operations and/or contact centers (CX)
Basic knowledge of Nintex Promapp
Basic knowledge of process excellence concepts and process maturity levels
Passion for service and continuous improvement
Great organizational skills, self-discipline and diligence
High level of confidence in managing upwards and dealing with different stakeholders in an organization
Availability to travel
