|About The Role|
Assistant Manager in Aquaventure Guest Services oversees a wide variety of services and facilities provided to the Waterpark guests. The role is responsible for monitoring the cabanas and buggy service operations while ensuring our guests receive 5 star service in every interaction. You’ll supervise the logistics of sun loungers and umbrellas as well as overlook special and private events across Aquaventure guest areas. Assistant Manager in Guest Services works closely with the Recreation team and F&B outlets within the waterpark to ensure flawless service to both in house and external guests. Delivering staff briefings and training sessions, handling guests complaints and attending to emergencies across the resort are huge part of the role as well.
We’re looking for candidates with solid exprience in high volume entertainment facility, ideally in a luxury hospitality environment.
You should be able to demonstrate excellent communication skills and cooperate closely with both senior management and junior colleagues.
Experience managing large teams and juggling multiple priorities is a must.
You need to be comfortable with working fully outdoors in hot and humid conditions.
