|As an Assistant Learning & Development Manager, you will be a real driving force, a passionate and positive agent for change within the organisation. You will provide support and necessary training to our Heartists, help them in polishing their existing skills, assist them in acquiring new skills and determine the potential areas for growth and progression.

What you will be doing:
Learning & Development
Conducts, co-ordinates and supervises all kinds of internal & external trainings for all Heartists.
Compilation and updating of the requisite training per field, in collaboration with in-house specialists.
Is familiar with Training Guidelines and Human Resources Policy issued by Head Office and ensures that they are applied accordingly.
Evaluates customer needs from feedback of the guest questionnaires and compiles relevant measures for correction or improvement.
Compiles course requirements.
Establishes monthly reports according to Hotel’s/head office’s requirements.
Human Resources Operations
Assists the Director of Talent & Culture in managing the day-to-day HR operations.
Be involved in all aspects of HR – Administration, payroll, benefits & housing.
Drive employee engagement activities within the hotel.
Be in-charge of the T&C department in the absence of the Director of Talent & Culture
Your experience and skills include:
Have a minimum of three (3) years’ experience in the Learning & Development field.
Have a fair understanding of HR operations.
Have the ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment.
Have the ability to communicate effectively with the team and deliver consistently.
