Job Description: |
Responsible for all Front Office functions and staff. Consistently offer professional friendly and engaging service. Lead and manage the day to day operations of rooms division ensuring all service standards are followed. Prepare annual budgets and administer in a fiscally responsible manner. Strive to continually improve guest and employee satisfaction and maximize the financial performance of the department. Lead and support all areas in the achievement of their financial and operational targets. Control all purchases for the department, consistently aware of quality and cost. Assist in the preparation of the annual strategic plan and achieve the goals and targets therein. Act as the “Service Champion” for the Front Office and creates a positive atmosphere for guest relations. Guide and work with the Housekeeping Team to achieve hotel goals. Desired Skill & Expertise At least 4 years of experience in a front office supervisory role in a 4/5* property. Thorough knowledge of customer service, office management and basic bookkeeping procedures Possess good English communication skills along with strong interpersonal and problem solving abilities. Able to work a flexible schedule in order to accomplish all major responsibilities and tasks. Excellent communication and people management skills Must have the ability to handle a multitude of tasks and Guest requests. |
