About the Job An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Assistant eCommerce Manager – Analytics to join our Brand and Digital Marketing team. You will assist the Senior eCommerce Performance Manager in his/her mission to measure and optimise performance of the Group’s campaigns, websites, and apps. You will maintain and enhance digital analytics framework and implementation (from data collection to visualisation). Empower Colleagues to access and leverage digital analytics data and provide analytical support via reporting and ad hoc analysis. Main duties: Maintain and enhance the digital analytics framework, with the help of an external consultant to: Track features and sections of the websites and app, on most recent version of analytics platform Assess and implement new analytics tools and features Implement advertising pixels Contribute to compliance with regulations and data protection policies Provide analytical support: Configure online dashboards Update recurring reports for the corporate marketing team and provide guidance for hotels as needed (note: hotels will manage their own reports – e.g., those needed for Owner presentations, facilitated by online dashboards) Run ad hoc analysis in liaison with various stakeholders (marketing directors, product management, traffic acquisition, IT, etc.) when topics are too complex or not covered by existing dashboards Run analytics reviews during and post website / mobile app issues Assume sole responsibility for analytics implementations and optimizations using Google Tag Manager and Google Optimize Empower hotel marketers to access and utilize digital analytics data: Creation of intuitive and self-explanatory dashboards Creation of a knowledge sharing platform: user guides, commented analysis templates, mutualised reports and FAQ, etc. Contribute to the continuous optimisation of campaign performance and website/app conversion rate, especially via: Tracking of new features A/B testing Detection of performance anomalies Identification of new opportunities through data Ad hoc analysis and recommendations Contribute to the definition and implementation of group-level user-centric data strategy, in collaboration with IT, Data Protection, Loyalty / CRM / Insights and Distribution / BI teams Manage annual contracting and monthly invoicing for analytics platforms and vendors About you: University Degree (Essential) Google Analytics Individual Qualification (Essential) At least 2 years operationally managing Google Analytics implementation projects (Essential) At least 1 complete implementation of Google Analytics 4 (Desirable) At least 1 year tracking, analysing, and improving efficiency of advertising campaigns (Essential) Basic knowledge of hospitality industry (Desirable) Extensive knowledge of Google’s analytical tools: Google Analytics v4, Google Tag Manager, Google Optimize, Google Data Studio (Essential) Ability to manage data transformation projects and exposure to key tools such as ETL, data scripting languages (Python, R or Node.js), cloud infrastructure, SQL querying, etc. (Desirable) Ability to introduce data-science and machine learning (Desirable) Exceptional analytical and data-management capabilities Strong communication skills. Ability to compile and present succinct and relevant reports for the Senior Leadership Team Ability to manage agency relationships, contracts, budgets, retainers Strong team player with enthusiastic, energetic, and positive attitude Detail-oriented with the ability to prioritize time and work Curiosity towards innovation and trends in terms of digital marketing |
