AM/Manager- Marketplace Vendor Operations

|You will be responsible for working on the full end to end operations and experience of our marketplace partners in regards with Supply Chain. You will act as an essential connection between our sellers, category management team, fulfilment Centre and customer service with a strong focus on ensuring the contractual alignment, Seller readiness and customer focus throughout the customer order fulfilment lifecycle.
Within this role, you will be responsible for building long-term relationships with our sellers, onboard sellers operationally, ensuring on-time dispatch, fulfilment of customer orders whilst identifying operational business processes improvements.
You will have a meticulous eye for detail and be driven by Key Performance Indicators on operational excellence, customer experience, on-time dispatch, delivery timeliness, returns and overall supplier compliance. You will support the Operations Manager on seller related troubleshoot resolution and be responsible for order fulfilment, pending orders, order cancellation, dispatch time and returns. You will have a continual focus on 100% operational alignment and visibility.
The role requires proven interpersonal skills, high level of proficiency in Microsoft Excel, strong time management and organizational skills and confidence in managing seller relationships will be essential to the success in this role.
Onboard & Manage sellers from a pure operations perspective ensure compliance with core seller SLA’s.
Ensure all seller orders are dispatched within KPI’s for direct fulfillment & fulfilled by Landmark shipments
Accountable for dispatch time and cancellation of Marketplace orders.
Oversee the process for Marketplace to ensure continued customer experience across seller base.
Own all operations training material and the support mechanism for front-line seller support
Performance manage & troubleshoot on seller escalations around the above KPI’s to drive Seller & Customer experience.
Work with Seller management team from Business to ensure the contractual alignment on operation
Develop and maintain strong, successful relationships with key stakeholders, both internally and externally
Strong organizational, prioritization and planning skills
Excellent Excel skills
Work on creating the Supply Chain operation Vision and be instrumental to drive the same across the cross-function team
Knowledge, Skills & Experience
6-8 years of experience in managing Market Place Fulfilment Centre Operation
Must have worked on projects such as (not limited to) strategy development, business planning, optimization initiatives, talent mobility, market benchmarking etc.
Retail understanding will be an added advantage
Eye for detail & Process orientation
Self-starter, willing to work with minimal supervision and guidance
Exceptional analytical skills
Advanced data visualization skills (Power BI/ Tableu etc.)
Ability to build data models in analytics tools such as Python/ R
Ability to build relationships with stakeholders (internal and external)
