About the Job:
An opportunity has arisen for a colleague to join our Business Excellence team in Jumeirah Zabeel Saray, as an Administrator. The main purpose of the role is to assist the Business Excellence Specialist in providing reporting to the Senior Management on the Overall Customer Experience for the SBU as well as the definitive reporting to each department as required.  Reporting analytics should be provided on a weekly basis to each Department Head based on the Customer/Guest feedback platforms for each service provided by the property. Assists the Business Excellence Specialist with producing the Training Needs Analysis for the L&D Department to ensure remedial action and improvements on service delivery.
The main duties and responsibilities of this role:
Assist with administration duties: filing, meeting facilitation, answering guest feedback across 16 social media sites, as well as other duties required to support management and operations.
To report and collate all problems and or complaints related to the hotel. Communicate to relevant departments via call, email & staff meetings, depending upon urgency ensuring effective closure on guest review sites.
To coordinate training offered to all colleagues for the use of CX feedback and necessary onboarding for CX systems (Medallia, TripAdvisor, etc.)
To liaise with all related departments for data requests, reporting, and guest incident follow-ups. 

 About You:
The ideal candidate for this position will have the following experience and qualifications:
Bachelor’s Degree / Diploma in Hotel Management
Previous experience working within guest service and customer care
Fluency in written and verbal English language
Computer skills
Solution-oriented
Flexible & Team player individual
